| Can I get samples of materials I am interested in? |
| Yes, samples are available for all materials we show. In some cases we may not have the sample on hand, but we can order it and have it in a few days. |

| Should I seal porcelain and ceramic tile? |
| No, there is no need to seal porcelain tile, as it is a very hard-body tile. Ceramic tile should not be sealed either. It has a glaze on it so the sealer has no place to go. |

| If I drop something on my porcelain tile, will it break? |
| Yes, there is a chance it could chip or even break, but if installed properly, it should be able to sustain an impact. All tiles could chip or break if they are not installed correctly. |

| Does a shower area require special tile? |
| No, there is nothing special about a shower area. Natural stone, porcelain or ceramic tiles will work just fine. |

| No, we are your complete one-stop showroom distributor. We can recommend licensed contractors to you. |

| If I need help with my selection, do you have sales people on hand to help me with color and answer my questions? |
| Yes, we pride ourselves in having people on staff to help with all your selection needs, from helping pick the right tile for the job, to guiding you through the correct setting materials you will need. |

| If I decide to do my own installation, does Western Tile have people on staff to help and offer guidance? |
| Yes, in most cases we can walk you through most if not all steps of your project. We also have tech HOT LINES we can call to make sure you are headed in the right direction. |

| I am not happy with my grout color and want to change it. What do I do? |
| We offer a full line of grout colorants. These grout colorants can be put over existing grout to change your grout color. |

| What is the average lead time once I place my order? |
| In most cases we can have your tile within 2 to 4 days if we don't have it in our inventory. There are some cases where the manufacturer's inventory may be low or out of stock. We are always happy to do a stock check at time of order. |

| Do you carry or show any recycled materials? |
| Yes, we do business with several companies that carry "GREEN" ceramics, porcelains, glass tiles, and setting materials. |
